Stuffed Mango Kulfi

  • Ripe Mango, deseeded – 1
  • Igloo Malai Kulfi – a few scoops
  • Chopped pistachios – for garnishing

  • Deseed a mango without cutting it
  • Stuff the mango with Malai Kulfi
  • Freeze for a few hours
  • Chop and serve chilled
